Hey Peeps!
This is my Thesis Sentence.
My progression into technology as a digital native has been slow but over time as my digital community grew and my love of digital film became central to my life, I have embraced and thrived in the digital world.
This is the Word.
That sounds great, but other then loving technology, how has it directly affected your thinking or actions as a human being over those that lived before the introduction of new new media? Just a question.
ReplyDeleteI think you'll want to focus in on a specific kind or family of technologies. A couple of things I see is that you talk about "community" and also digital film. Could either of those be the main focus of your argument? Also, I'm not sure a digital native (one who grew up immersed in a technology) can slowly move into the digital world. That sort of makes you a defacto immigrant.

I like the idea that you have slowly come into this new wave of technology. Being a filmmaker, you know the importance that it is to be able to have technology to serve its purpose in completing any project. My question, or well curiosity would be what really drew you in, not so much the fact that you need technology in filmmaking now, but if your progression was slow, was it a hard one? Or did you find that you and technology just got along great? Are there any limits to the influence that technology has on your filmmaking, I guess what I mean by that is if you are into making films that are highly possible just because of technology, or do you still conserve some simple format for just the simplicity of story and art.
